Meet Our Staff
Bill & Becca Bates - Lead Pastors
Bill & Becca have served DCC since 1987 and ministered prior in Tacoma, Auburn, Spokane and Sedro Woolley. One does not talk with them very long before you sense their passion for the Lord and the love they have for their family. Their five children are all involved with ministry, four of them are married and their youngest is away at collage, leaving there home empty for the first time in over 30 years.
Brian Watson - Worship Director
Brian is married and has 4 children, he has been a huge part of the worship at DCC for many years and has just recently taken on the new role of Worship Director. The passion and excitement he brings is an encouragement to the whole congregation.
Ryan Bates - Office Administrator
Ryan is a graduate of GTC and has been on staff at DCC for 3 years. He is excited to be a part of the Destiny team and is looking forward to all that God is going to do in the near future.
Kimberly Bates - Children's Director
Kimberly graduated from GTC and has been involved in children's ministry for the last 6 years, she has a heart for God and a passion for children that shows in everything she does.
